What is the toughest problem you have had to solve? (02/10/2007)
While working at crosswalk.com our revenue model changed. I had to renegotiate all existing partnerships and contracts to align with the new online advertising revenue model. It was extremely challenging. I learned a lot about negotiation and turning lemons into lemonade.
